Also the Jacquemart André Museum has a more manageable but delightful exhibition until the 25th January of Florence : Portraits at the Court of the Medicis.  http://bit.ly/1Oy7eBg      Here you can also have a decent cup of tea afterwards!

Evening sun following a storm

The light can be beautiful in the afternoons, the apartment faces East / West so the sun rises on the balcony and in the evening as it is falling it lights up the stonework reflecting the sunlight back on to the balcony.  In the evening sun following a storm, when the sky is dark and the lead roofs are shiny grey, the contrast is strongest.

99th 5 star review for the B&B on Trip Advisor

My lovely guests Nicky and Jasmine sent in my 99th 5 star review for the B&B via Trip Advisor “one night in Paris”.   Due to the number of 5* reviews that I have now received theirs pushed me into 10th position in the ranking out of +/- 6000 other apartments in Paris.

Thank you N & J.
